G'day Shredders,
Yippee! After the longest day of my life (literally 38 hours long!) I have arrived in Orlando, Florida!
I left Osaka at 7:00 PM and on Feb 21st and landed in San Francisco at 11:00 AM on Feb 21st! I had a comfortable flight on United as they bumped me up to Economy Plus (more legroom and 3 whole seats!) at no extra chrge!
Once in SF I was in transit for 3 hours waiting for my connecting flight to Orlando at 2:00 PM. The plane touched down at 10:00 PM and I then got the Disney Magical Express bus service direct to Disney Contemporary Resort.
I'll be staying here for the duration of my trip (12 nights) as I attend the Strategic Profits Live Conference which kicks off on Feb 23. I also have 3 extra days after the conference and I plan to make the most of it!
It is still dark here so I can't see much but the view from my balcony sounds great! There is an oasis down there!
Well, I gotta I get a little sleep now, but I will be back later to update this post with pictures.
Until then...
Eat Clean,
Shred Hard,
Think BIG!
Cheers,
Adam Waters, NESTA-CPT

P.S. I stuck very solid to my nutrition plan today, even though my body clock was wildly out of whack. I had also designated this day as a re-feed day to account for airplane food and time zones. All in all, a good day as I didn't not succumb to any fast food or snacks, and got in my quota of protein and salad.

Yay you made it with no problem! So you're in my time zone now aaah the math will be so much easier :) So hopefully there's a gym at the resort and clean food. What's your program going to look like for these days? Talk to you soon - enjoy the trip!
G'day Joni! Yeah I made it! The weather is so nice down here. I just checked out the gym and its great, and I just had a caesar salad for brekkie. Gonna hit the gym very soon.

Hey Adam,
Looks like a great place to stay. I know the weather is in the 80's - a far cry from the snow we saw out your apartment window. Enjoy every minute.
Welcome to the good ol' US of A.
Debbie
Snow - what snow? I don't remember seeing any snow from Adam's apt window? ;D
